Now, in conjunction with master butcher Rich Summers, we are pleased to be able to lead a great one day, in depth sausage making course. Its going to be a Banger!

The Course will be a mix of hands on making and expert demonstration which will show you the principles, explain the process and get you making your own sausage, confidently, at home. All equipment and ingredients are provided, along with some great insight into various approaches to sausage making, blending flavours, different styles and various ways in which sausage can be used in your every day cooking – far more than just the simple stuffed banger!.

The day will feature hands on learning, demonstrations, plenty of tasting! and what’s even better is that everyone will leave with a nice big bunch of sausages that you will have made with your own fair hands!

The course is held in the comfort of the Smokehouse here, Teas, coffees and sausage sarnies are provided throughout the day and by limiting the numbers on each day we can help keep the teaching focused to ensure everybody leaves, fully confident in your own knowledge and ability to make and enjoy many types of sausage at home making high quality, low cost food to be proud of!
