A fully comprehensive and immersive Competition BBQ boot camp from the best in the business!

Get a full introduction to all aspects of cooking for KCBS style competitions from Ed and Emma, winners of countless Grand Champion, Reserve Grand Champion and even World Champion titles!

You will be shown essential equipment, meat preparation, fire control methods, cooking approaches and then you will join the guys for a ‘ride along’ competition cook of each round, clock ticking, right through from trimming, rubbing, saucing to turn in, plus get qualified KCBS judge’s input on what they are looking for. The other side of competition BBQ, like sitting around the fire and chatting with a few drinks, will also be part of the weekend course while the guys cook you a steak dinner!
